I used the sauna for the first time today. Derek invited me, and then Neal wanted to go so we all went with some of Derek's friends. I've never been in a sauna before. I don't like getting sweaty, and it was all itchy and yucky. After about half an hour my heart couldn't take it and I was feeling nauseous so we decided to leave. I'm sooooo tired now.
